We saw a need for access to Lakes Jocassee and Keowee for families of all ages and sizes. Our goal is to provide that access for you and generations to come.
Falls Park at McKinney Creek hopes to provide valet boat service to Lakes Jocassee and Keowee for owners. Property owners and members will be given the exclusive ability to access both lakes anytime. In addition to the valet service, members have access to onsite storage & maintenance, dining facilities, and community gathering spaces.
Similar to Riverstead and Longview Carolina, the Falls at McKinney Creek is passionate about providing to a resilient & sustainable lifestyle to all generations.

Long ago, we passed on knowledge through mentorship. At McKinney Creek, we intend to continue that tradition through educational classes from winemaking lessons and expert gardeners, to outdoor survival and animal tracking guides.

McKinney Creek’s founders understand that security is a concern for families and individuals. The main entrances are gated and the rest of the property is secluded with natural borders.
